As part of the president’s initiative to get rid of “barriers to learning” for a local midwestern university or college, an evaluation of pupil services procedures was conducted. The research revealed that the barriers deemed most important simply by students were those that could delay or perhaps prevent all of them from signing up for classes.

These barriers fell into three areas (Blanchard, 2010): 1) Resolving issues in relation to fines built up over the previous terms (e. g., library, parking, later fees) 2) Completing forms accurately and meeting processing deadlines for financial aid in time to enroll in classes. 3) Acquiring ideal advice so they enrolled in the proper classes (avoiding the problems associated with drops and adds) Inquiries and Answers 1) Exactly what the training goals for the CSS training program? Illustrate the types of concerns you would ask of those supervisory the CSS employees away from your plan. I would survey each person with exams, quizzes and interviews.
