The corporation I last worked with is usually an IT/ITES company, which is one of the quickest growing good fortune 500 companies. The organization has a balanced out structure even so there is a small dominance to ‘The Market’.
As per my experience I can say that the real reason for this is the fact that organization is relatively young and trying to take on the best on the market. This requires leaders to be competitive and to an extent requiring. Also the employees are devoted towards the company’s vision and hence strive to achieve the goals and focuses on set for them.
Culture – Strong. People are focused on innovating and idea towards concepts that the supervision can implement and boost their processes. The organization is persons oriented which often creates a excessive commitment level from the workers. The organization features leaders who also are efficient and ensure soft running with the company. The company is sensitive towards the clients and customers and should go an extra mile to deliver much better than the anticipations.
This is the reason to enable them to be able to keep customers and get new businesses. Another fact that I am aware of is that the organization has not right up until date terminated any worker unless in extreme moral sensitive problems.
