Are women more religious than men Essay
According to Miller and Hoffmann there is a belief that ladies are more likely to exhibit greater involvement in religion, include a stronger personal determination and attend church more frequently. In my own experiences of church my personal mother my own sister and i also attend cathedral regularly while my brother and father rarely attend cathedral giving several evidence supporting Miller and Hoffmann’s look at. Furthermore having had a debate with a number of people in my sixth contact form on attendance levels in religious organisations and religiosity levels of women and men, I found that females viewed religion because more important than males.
I actually became more interested if a fellow student commented that she thought that all males aren’t as faith based as females because by simply identifying with another guy in terms take pleasure in and superiority is a less than comfortable and international concept on their behalf. Some argue that Males also believe participating church is known as a feminine activity. It should be clear that I are focusing on Christianity for the purposes of my coursework.
My exploration will be done through employing detailed selection interviews of man attitudes to attending chapel and the idea of God. I will ask men in my cathedral and from my sixth form the concerns will aim to answer whether or not they think girls are more religious, whether it is hard to be comfy to be popular among another guy; whether they believe church is actually a feminine activity and finally if father statistics affect whether young boys attend church.
